We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the skin analysis or recommendations provided by the App.

4. User-Generated Content and Messaging

You are responsible for any content you upload to the App ("User Content"). You guarantee that you have the right to upload such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we deem inappropriate or unlawful.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users through the messaging function. We do not monitor or control these interactions, but we reserve the right to intervene if necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all content therein are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
